Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DSPLY Music, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and professional services. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle refunds and cancellations.

All purchases of digital products (e.g., audio files, sample packs, templates) are non-refundable.
Due to the digital nature of our goods, once a file has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned, and therefore we are unable to offer refunds.

We encourage customers to preview product demos and ask any questions before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

If you have booked a service session (e.g., consulting, feedback, production assistance), we ask that you provide at least 2 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made with at least 2 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
   
• Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
   
• No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
